Shipping and handling is a flat $5.95 for all orders under $25.  For orders over $25, we offer free shipping to addresses in the Continental USA.  If you live outside the Continental USA please email us for shipping rates at shipping@SamAndNala.com

We hope that you are delighted with each purchase you make from Sam & Nala. If for any reason you are not, please email us with your order number at orders@SamAndNala.com   

Returns or exchanges need to be completed within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned unused, with all tags still attached, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be unwashed and free of pet hair. As much as we think that dog hair is like glitter, we are not able to resell items that have hair or fur on them.  

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and may ship back via the method of their choice. A return shipping address will be provided.

If you would like to exchange an item, the best way to do so is by calling or emailing us.  orders@SamAndNala.com or via phone 805-788-8038. Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges and may ship back via the method of their choice. A return shipping address will be provided.

Dog Beds:  Machine wash separately in cold water, air dry.  

Dog Bed Inserts:  Spot clean only, not machine washable.

Bandanas:  Machine wash with like colors in cold water, air dry.  

Sterling Silver jewelry: Silver develops a dark patina with time and use. To restore to its original color and remove tarnishing, wash with a mild soap and dry with a cotton cloth regularly.

Canvas bags:  Machine wash separately in cold water, hang dry.

With all hand-made and embroidered materials, loose threads are common. Do not pull on the thread. Please use scissors to cut away any loose threads.

Sam & Nala bandanas are available in three sizes:

Small - neck size up to 14 inches 

Toy Poodle, Yorkshire Terrier, Chihuahua, Maltese, Miniature Pinscher, Dachshund

Medium - neck size up to 19 inches

Pug, Shetland Sheepdog, Cocker Spaniel, French Bulldog, Pointer, Cattle Dog, Australian Shepherd, Boxer

Large - neck size up to 24 inches

German Shepherd, Malamute, Collie, Doberman, Golden Retriever, Labrador

The best way to size your pup’s neck is by using a soft measuring tape. If you don’t have one of those handy, simply measure their collar. If your pup is between sizes, we suggest you size up.

Small- 20” x 28”-  Dogs weighing under 20 pounds

Medium- 27” x 36”- Dogs weighing 30-50 pounds

Large- 36” x 43”- Dogs weighing over 60 pounds
